Alon Saposhnik is the founder and the manager of Alon Saposhnik, Law Office. Alon has over 15 years of experience in advising domestic, regional and international companies across a range of legal disciplines such as advice on commercial transactions and IT transactions, privacy compliance, dispute resolution, employment and consumer protection law.

Alon works with software companies, cloud computing infrastructure providers, trading companies, retailers and manufactures in every stage of the cycle, from formation to ongoing operation and growth of the company, research and development, preparation of contracts, protection of intellectual property, and the sale or closing of the company.

In addition, Alon handled many commercial litigation and arbitration cases and  represented clients on petitions and appeals against administrative decisions as well as on tax matters.

Prior to founding Alon Saposhnik Law Office, Alon worked in a global law firm in Germany and in leading law firms in Israel.

Alon is a multilingual Lawyer, with a Masters degree in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

In addition, Alon holds a bachelor’s degree of laws (LLB) from the Academic Center of Law and Science, in Israel, and he is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2007.
