Alon Saposhnik is the founder and managing partner of Alon Saposhnik, Law Office and Notary and also serves as a public notary. He brings over 18 years of experience advising domestic, regional, and international companies across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines, including commercial and IT transactions, privacy and data protection compliance, dispute resolution, employment law, and consumer protection.

Alon regularly advises software companies, cloud infrastructure providers, trading companies, retailers, and manufacturers at all stages of the corporate lifecycle—from formation and early-stage structuring, through ongoing operations and growth, including research and development activities, contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property protection, and transactions involving the sale or wind-down of companies.

In addition, Alon has extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, and has represented clients in administrative petitions and appeals against regulatory decisions, as well as in tax-related disputes.

Prior to founding his own practice, Alon worked at a leading international law firm in Germany, as well as at top-tier law firms in Israel.

Alon is a multilingual attorney holding a master’s degree in law and business from Bucerius Law School and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He also holds an LL.B. from the Academic Center of Law and Science in Israel and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2007.
